RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on certain items.
- For returns or exchanges, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return label.
- For returns or exchanges, unwashed and unworn items are accepted. Items are to be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Only unwashed and unworn items with all tags in tact will be accepted as a return. We inspect all items returned for an exchange or credit and reserve the right to deny a exchange or credit based in the item condition.
- Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment or store credit within 7 working days of our receipt and acceptance of the returned item.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund. Custom made orders are non-returnable.
- For order cancellations, request via: email@example.com within 12 hours of purchase.
- Please contact us with any order issues and we will do our best to work out a resolution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Due to the nature of these items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized items
- Hairbows, headbands, and hair clips
- All SALE items are FINAL SALE
Custom or Wholesale orders are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS.
Visa, MC, Discover + Amex
We normally ship via USPS First Class which takes about 3-5 business days within the US. You can upgrade shipping to Priority which takes about 2-3 days for packages to arrive.
Outside the US, it can take anywhere from 10-14 days. In some rare cases, packages take longer. We cannot control how long it takes for customs to process packages. Also, we are not responsible for taxes/tariffs incurred.
