Policies

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on certain items.

  • For returns or exchanges, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return label.
  • For returns or exchanges, unwashed and unworn items are accepted.  Items are to be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.  Only unwashed and unworn items with all tags in tact will be accepted as a return. We inspect all items returned for an exchange or credit and reserve the right to deny a exchange or credit based in the item condition.
  • Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment or store credit within 7 working days of our receipt and acceptance of the returned item.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund.  Custom made orders are non-returnable. 
  • For order cancellations, request via:  info@itsmypartykids.com within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Please contact us with any order issues and we will do our best to work out a resolution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Due to the nature of these items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hairbows, headbands, and hair clips
  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement, refund or exchange if applicable.

Custom or Wholesale orders are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS.

*For Paypal e-check payments: these usually take between 3-5 days to clear. Once we receive the "ok" from Paypal, we will ship your item(s) out to you.
PROCESSING TIME:
We strive to do our best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days.  Custom and personalized items ship within 3-5 business days.
SHIPPING:
PLEASE REFER TO SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ANY UPDATES ON CURRENT PRODUCTION TIMES.

We normally ship via USPS First Class which takes about 3-5 business days within the US. You can upgrade shipping to Priority which takes about 2-3 days for packages to arrive.

Outside the US, it can take anywhere from 10-14 days. In some rare cases, packages take longer. We cannot control how long it takes for customs to process packages. Also, we are not responsible for taxes/tariffs incurred.
We are responsible for your order until it reaches the Post Office.  It's My Party Kids Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or even misdirected shipments by the carrier.  International customers will be responsible for any and all customs fees. 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
